Last year, Apple bought the Finnish company Beddit, and now the first product is also available - the Beddit 3.5 Sleep Monitor, a device for recording the quality of sleep.
Beddit 3.5 Sleep Monitor, a sleep quality recording device has two millimeter thick tape with sensors, which is placed under the 'mattress'. This detects moving the user, as well as others necessary to assess the quality of sleep data – sleep time, heart rate, breathing rhythm, snoring, as well as temperature and humidity in the room.
Its advantage over sports followers is that there is no need to wear anything or remember to wear the tracker while sleeping. Of course you can wear The Apple Watch, as it can also display the collected data on it. It will probably be superfluous to remark that it only works in Apple's ecosystem.
