Soon, the snow cover will be just a sweet memory of winter days, because nature will wake up and the little bells are the first to peek out from under the snow. At the Bell Festival in the Botanical Garden 2019, you will be able to learn more about the little bell, namely you will be able to attend lectures, workshops and performances, you will be able to buy bells and take part in a free guided tour of the Botanical Garden on Saturday and Sunday.
Slovenia can boast that on its soil grows Galanthus nivalis, common little bluebell, the only species of the little bluebell genus. In the garden at On Ižanska cesta, you can see more than fifty different varieties of common small bell.
At the bell festival in the Botanical Garden 2019 you will be part of the action that is dedicated to the common little bell, and will spice up the event presentation of botanical illustrations of the common little bluebell, prepared by the students of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, will also take place at the same time presentation of a collection of varieties of the common small bell, which grow in the Ljubljana Botanical Garden.
They will also brighten up the festival lectures and workshops, every day will be from From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., there was also a sales exhibition of bells. It will also be available on Saturday and Sunday at 12 noon free guided tour of the Botanical Garden.
