The Bentley Continental GT Convertible went 'under the knife', and the conversion was taken care of by the company Mulliner - Number 1 Edition pays tribute to its 'great-grandfather' No. 1 to Blower's 1929 Bentley.
Models Number 1 are made to specifications Bentley Continental GT Convertible, namely with a strong 6.0-liter W 12-cylinder with a double turbine - they added an equipment package to this Black Lines and Carbon Body Whale, and then choose a color, the dragon red or Beluga black.
For contrast, the movable canvas roof can also be in red or black. They painted a lot on the front mask number 1, but in order to make sure there is no mistake about which special edition it is, they installed the front fenders 'landmarks' from 18 carat of gold.
They take care of the finishing touches 22-inch rims in black or brown, named after the cricket ball. In the middle of the dashboard we can see a special one emblem, which is in the form central nuts car wheel - this one reminds us of the old days, and it is made from piston engine, original Bentley Blower from the year 1929.
The metal was obtained from the company Bentley during the restoration of the classic sports car, which, among other things, set quite a few records. The interior is dressed in black Beluga or 'cricket ball' brown, both of which are enhanced with accessories from 18 carat gold. The manufacturer's clock ensures the exact time Jaeger.
When converting the car, they left the engine intact – W12 has 635 (467 kW) horsepower and 900 newton meters of torque. Despite the fact that it weighs 2414 kilograms, can be from 0 up to 100 km/h shoots into the mere 3.8 seconds and reaches terminal velocity 333 km/h.
Because it is a special edition at Bentley's 100th anniversary, the beast will be made only in 100 copies.
