Singer Beyonce and her dancers will wear clothes designed by Diesel creative director Nicola Formichetti on the upcoming tour.
Nicola Formichetti, the brand's creative director Diesel he took care of the diva's clothes Beyonce and backing dancers on a tour where Beyonce will be joined by her rapper husband Jay-Z.
The famous married couple recently opened their new On the Run world tour in Miami, where the singer dazzled her fans in specially designed Diesel clothes. Nicola Formichetti designed the clothing line in step with his debut line for the Diesel brand, which he presented in Venice this April. The aesthetic of the collection perfectly matches the glamorous rebel theme of the tour; the story of the robbers Bonnie and Clyde.
The Beyonce costume collection features skin-tight denim jumpsuits embellished with studs, leather accessories and Swarovski crystals. At the request of the singer, each of the costumes was decorated by hand at Diesel and playfully 'torn' with special procedures.
During the song 'Run the world(Girls)', the singer and her dancers wore matching metallic glitter jumpsuits reminiscent of striped prison clothes. For the song 'Baby boy', the singer was joined on stage by dancers Le Twins, dressed in pants, tops and accessories from Diesel's Fall 2014 collection. Beyonce meanwhile wore a black biker jacket from the same collection, specially emblazoned with the singer's name for the occasion home country.
The tour will last until September 13, 2014, when it will end spectacularly in Paris.
