Gornji trg in Ljubljana smells of new culinary offerings. In May, a new Biró bistro opened there, which invites those who want to enjoy home-baked sandwiches, homemade banana bread and homemade chocolate cake with beetroot.

Robert Henigman opened a new bar in Ljubljana in May - cute bistro Biró. Ambient, composed from three parts, is adorned with a beautiful light the Dutch brand Os and Oos and at a glance vintage coffee machine white color La Marzocco. The owner himself and the architect took care of the look of the bar Petra Zupančič, fashion designer Singing Zorec and she designed aprons for the bistro team that illustrate the terrazzo pattern. At the beginning of June, the bistro will get another front garden, and we have the most beautiful view of the old part of Ljubljana.
