Ingredients

    Ingridients:
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • half a cup of butter
  • half a cup of honey
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar as desired

Directions

  1. Mix milk and oatmeal in a bowl and set aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder, baking soda and salt in another bowl.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with honey, cottage cheese and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the two mixtures, mix well, then add milk with oatmeal. Mix everything together again.
  5. Add the blueberries to the mixture and pour everything into the muffin pan. Sprinkle with coconut sugar if desired.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 215°C for about 15 minutes. Then wait for the muffins to cool and serve. Bon Appetit!
