At the design studio Bernstrand & Co. have designed a colorful line of chairs for public use that will soon adorn the streets of the Swedish city of Bollnäs.
Bollnäs is a collection of simple seating for outdoor public use, designed to brighten up the Brotorget square in the Swedish town of Bollnäs. Chairs designed by a design studio Bernstrand & Co. and manufactured by the company Nola, are designed for permanent public use in the city center and come in three versions – upright, low and children's. Each of the three models is made of a strong iron frame and a back and seat made of warm pine wood. The metal parts are subsequently painted in red and yellow, vivid colors that will bring a good amount of playfulness to the urban environment, perfect for summer days.
