- 12 ladyfinger cookies

- In a medium bowl, combine the mascarpone and orange yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy, with no lumps. Stir in maple syrup or honey to sweeten the cream just right.
- Wash the clementines, grate the peel and squeeze the juice into a small cup. Strain if desired.
- Place half of the ladyfingers in an even layer on the bottom of the dish. Using a spoon, moisten them evenly with the clementine juice. The cookies should remain firm but slightly soggy.
- Spread half of the mascarpone and yogurt cream on the biscuits and spread it nicely to the edges. Then spread a layer of blueberry jam. If you like a more fruity note, apply a little more.
- Next is a second layer of biscuits. Pour the juice over these too and cover with the rest of the cream. Smooth the surface with a spatula or knife to make it flat.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or foil and place in the refrigerator. Let the dessert rest for at least four hours, or even better overnight, so that the cookies soften, the creams combine, and everything becomes compact.
- Leave the dessert in the refrigerator, where it will stay fresh for two to three days. Enjoy!
