Ingridients
Fish:
• 8 halibut fillets
• salt
• juice of ½ lemon
• 20 g of dish butter
Sauce:
• 60 g of Gouda cheese
• 20 g of soft butter
• a little white wine
• pepper
• 2-3 tablespoons of cream
• 2 dessert spoons of chopped parsley

Preparation
1. Grate the cheese using the double-sided grating plate on the chopper.
2. Wash the halibut fillets with cold water and pat them dry.
