- 5 eggs
- 250 grams of Nutella
Directions
- Heat the oven to 180 C.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and put them in a blender for 5 to 10 minutes. It is important that their volume triples, because only then will the cake really succeed.
- Soften the Nutella in the microwave or in a preheated oven. Just a few seconds will be enough for it to melt and become a delicately rich mixture.
- Slowly add the beaten eggs to the melted Nutella and gently mix the mixture. Be really gentle here, as excessive roughness will have the exact opposite effect and the cake will not be what it should be.
- Place the mixture in a pre-greased baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes. Cool well before serving so that the cake is suitable for consumption.
