Since October, Ljubljana is richer for a new French pastry shop, Zebra Patisseries. Delicious flavor fusions from the hands of the chef Tomija Czech and skilled confectionary teams have found their place in Koseze.
Although Zebra Patisseries is primarily a name for sophisticated French sweets, are also masters of craftsmanship homemade bread made with yeast. Whatever they do, let them be macaroons, cakes, homemade sandwiches or bread, adhere to the principle of high quality. Even when choosing coffee, they did not resort to anything less than the best.
