Ferrari has overtaken the International Motor Show in Frankfurt and proudly showed off its latest protégé. The Ferrari Portofino will succeed the Ferrari Californio T, which until now was the entry model in the Ferrari world. The Portofino is even more toxic than its predecessor and will surely be an even more successful Ferrari.
Portofino is the name of a small and cute town located in northwestern Italy, which is said to be synonymous with luxury. As usual, the newcomer has better engine and more power than the previous model. 3.9 liter V8 engine has now 592 horsepower, which is 40 horsepower more than California T. From 0 to 100 km/h it needs everything 3.5 seconds, and the final speed is over 320 km/h. A metal roof is possible to open and close while driving, but unfortunately Ferrari has not yet published the information at what speed and how long it takes the roof to open or close. All that is known is that they produced a new one air deflector, which when the roof is open reduces the wind in the cabin by as much as 30 %. The interior got a new and transparent one 10.2 inch screen, which you can watch in comfortable seats that can be adjusted to any angle 18 directions.
