Motovun Film Festival 2016

The film festival in Motovun, a town in the north-west of Istria, is admittedly a rather small event of its kind, but nevertheless it is not to be missed. At the Motovun Film Festival 2016, it will be possible to see many films that did not make it to major film events such as the Cannes or Berlin festivals due to strong competitors. In addition to the screenings, talks with the filmmakers will also be organized. The festival will take place from July 26 to 30. The price of 10 tickets is €20. OverJam Reggae Festival 2016

The OverJam Raggea festival will once again provide for a relaxed summer vacation this year. In the natural surroundings of the Soča River, not far from the Triglav National Park, between August 15 and 20, 2016, music stages and full tents will come alive under the control of reggae rhythms. The opening party is scheduled for August 15, the festival will take place from August 16 to 19, and an unforgettable afterparty is expected on August 20. Children will also be taken care of, who will be able to participate in various workshops in as many as four languages as part of the Overjam 4 Kidz program. Tickets for the event are now available.

Running event: Špas'n'tek - a new running challenge in Slovenia

Špas'n'tek, a new running challenge in Slovenia, invites all beginners and experienced runners to run along a 6.5 km long course. The terrain is rough and therefore often a bit more strenuous, but it is in beautiful nature. The start begins at an altitude of 450 m, and the finish is at the top of a 35-meter ski jump. In the meantime, you will also have to climb the Murovica hill, which is 734 m high.

Running event: Škofjeloški Run of Four Bridges 2016
