The Špancirfest festival in Varaždin takes place this year from August 21 to 30. In addition to the excellent music program (namely, Mando Diao, Nouvelle Vague, Parov Stelar Band, Gogol Bordello are coming to Varaždin), a whole range of other activities will take place, from creative workshops for the youngest to workshops for adults, activities for young artists and, of course, extremely attractive street program, which is the heart and soul of Špancirfest.

For the first time in the history of Slovenia, we will be able to see and hear the performance of the world-famous Russian orchestra, The Red Army Choir, Orchestra and Ballet. The Red Army Choir draws its repertoire from Russian folk songs, Russian patriotic songs and classical music (Bizet, Wagner, Mozart, Michel Legrand, Francis Lai, etc.), as well as pop and rock hits. On September 25, we will be able to witness a music and dance spectacle in Stožice in Ljubljana.

The Laibach group will be the first foreign music group to perform in the otherwise hermetically sealed North Korea, where on August 19 and 20, 2015, two concerts are promised in the capital Pyongyang.
