The Think & Shift children's recliner is perfect for escaping from noisy surroundings, as it offers children a soothing hug where they feel safe and can focus on children's play carefree.
The vision of the apartment of the future, which is timeless and universal and at the same time distinct and unique, comes from Poland, where the apartment is currently located. The team of architects wanted to create an open space that responds to technological changes and to the different needs of the user.
It is quite difficult to imagine a bread oven as something portable and compact. The first thing that comes to mind is the classic scene of a brick bread oven in a farmhouse or pizzeria. But even bread ovens have progressed, and the Roccbox Outdoor Oven is living proof. It's a portable bread oven made of multiple layers of silicone-coated stainless steel, fueled by wood or gas, and you can take it with you on a picnic.
Architects at Cut Architectures have given Paris restaurant PNY a subtropical twist. In the interior of the restaurant, which serves excellent hamburgers, they included a net, cacti, neon lights and steel pipes.
Humans are most used to the natural light provided by the sun. But the sun is not always enough, so we extend the days with artificial light, which we also use during the day. And since we feel best in daylight, many lamps try to imitate it. But no one has managed to do it as well as the Fade Task Light table lamp, which simulates almost any natural light, even the setting sun.
All of us who cannot afford to fly in first or business class are condemned to economy class, which means that during the flight we are squeezed between strangers, often even between our own knees and without any privacy. To make such flights more pleasant for passengers, two Israeli students at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design have prepared the B-Tourist Strip, an elastic accessory for the seat, which is a "hammock" or "Spanish wall" for the head and neck.
When you think of a sofa, you certainly don't imagine a piece of light furniture, something that you can freely move around whenever you want. But what if we told you that there is an extremely light and mobile sofa made of cardboard with a load capacity of up to 150 kilograms, which, on top of everything, rocks like a rocking chair. Maybe it's not as nice as a leather sofa, but if you've just moved in and you don't have the money for it yet, there's no reason to be without a sofa until then.
Why should the products we use in the kitchen and elsewhere at home have standard shapes, when household appliances can be cute, original and practical. That's why we have collected a series of those that burst with creativity and will liven up any home and even such ordinary tasks as watering flowers or cutting a pizza.
Mobilité is a simple and at the same time brilliant solution that will delight skate fans. Tim Defleur and Benjamin Helle, who are standing behind the chair, are well aware of how difficult it is to be, especially for people who like to skate and are more open-minded, locked in an office for several hours. Now they will be able to skate to the coffee machine. The chair is a combination of a skate (as a backrest) and a work chair (a chair without a backrest) and is also a great replacement for those who use office chairs to drive back and forth to the photocopier because they are too lazy to get up and walk.
On the surface, it looks like a 'before and after' photo, but this is not one of those series. If you look closely, you will see that the designer from Ukraine, Pavel Vetrov, painted half of the room completely white, and painted the other part with graffiti. Half of the room is therefore completely minimalistic, while the other part is maximalist from head to toe, with many colors and patterns typical of street art. A sharp dividing line runs between them exactly in the middle of the room, as if drawn with a ruler.
City Museum in St. Louis (USA) is quite possibly the best urban playground ever built. The special feature of this urban playground is that it was built on the site of a 10-story shoe factory.
