Drive along the coastal highway all the way to Črne Kal and turn right at the exit for Socerb. After a few kilometers, we arrive at the small village of Socerb, which lies on the border between Karst and Istria and is known for the castle of the same name, which dates back to the 15th century.
The path takes us to the Vrtojba border crossing and then further in the direction of Trieste until we see the sign for Devin (Duina) on the right. This leads us to the fishing village of Devin, with charming houses and the mighty Devin castle in the center of the village.

We crouched like martins on the sunny platform, from where the view stretches all the way to the parish church of St. Jerne.
You shouldn't go to New York without a well-prepared battle plan. Otherwise, you cannot get lost in the city, as it has a well and logically organized system of streets and avenues.
Although Postojna is known primarily for its karst wonders, it is also recommended to take a walk around the city. On a hill at the edge of the central square, the city church of St. Stephen with two bell towers, built at the end of the 18th century, dominates the center.
