Taiwan's Asus has already proven with the ROG Phone that it can think outside the box and create something outstanding. ROG is the label for the Republic of Gamers gaming division of this manufacturer, and now at CES 2019, it has presented the coolest tablet that isn't actually a tablet at all, the ASUS ROG Mothership.
ASUS ROG Mothership it's actually a 17-inch gaming monitor (that touch gives it a 144Hz refresh rate), which it is can be tilted like Microsoft's Surface and similar 'hybrid' laptops. At the same time, they are not even all gamer internals to a light monitor, including i9 processor and the latest nVidia RTX 2080 graphics card. The upright position allows the computer to do a lot better heat dissipation, as if classically standing on the table.
Especially the detachable keyboard is attractive. It can magnetically attaches to the screen at an angle, but you can the user 'folds' it to look like a classic keyboard and uses it separate from the monitor. When and for how much (if it will be) in sales, v Asus hasn't been released yet. And of course everything is like that deducted, that it's already cool, it's still a question, who the target customers really are.
