Can you imagine having a TV set in your home that is like LEGO bricks - put it together in the ratio that best suits you based on the space, mood and other things? At CES 2019, Samsung gave the answer to this with its Micro LED technology.
Last year, Samsung was at the fair CES presented new screen manufacturing technology, which will compete with the already established one OLED. The term micro ice refers to screens that consist of tiny microscopic light bulbs (diodes). Unlike technology OLED these diodes they are not organic and therefore sustainable, az still enable perfect production a trick we've never seen before on TVs.
Samsung is next to the classic A giant wall of 75-inch TVs was also displayed, Samsung Micro LED, with this technology and a diagonal of 219 inches ‒ this one is composed modularly of several smaller squares.
That may be the case in the future customers have the freedom to stack their TV in any size, aspect ratio and resolution. Up close, for now, the joints between the segments can be seen, but eventually this too may disappear.
