Fruit Stream Arboretum will once again shine in the light of music and charity on a June night. After two extremely successful concerts last year, which brought an immense crowd of music enthusiasts to the beautiful ambience of the Arboretum, June 17th at 8 p.m., promises to be the third in a series of musical extravaganzas with a charitable note. This time, the sounds will warm hearts RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Patrik Grebel and voices Eroika, Nuša Derenda, Darja Švajger and Alenka Gotar.

The Arboretum joins the campaign of the Slovenian Cardiovascular Society with a June concert 'Dress me in red'This is taking place as part of an international campaign. Go red for Women, which represents a campaign for women's heart health. Every year, 9.1 million women die from heart disease worldwide. The basic message of the 'Dress Me in Red' campaign is that many cardiovascular diseases can be prevented by ourselves or postponed until later in life. The goal of the campaign is to convince as many women as possible to start taking more active care of their heart health. With a purchased ticket, visitors will be able to take a free measurement at the Volčji Potok Arboretum at pre-determined times. The tour of the park will be free on that day with a concert ticket.

The KD Group, through its KD Foundation, is donating EUR 5,000.00 to the Slovenian Cardiovascular Health Association's campaign 'Dress me in red'.
The purpose of the KD Foundation is generally beneficial and lasting: promoting and enabling education, research activities, and the development of children, as well as providing financial and material assistance to other socially disadvantaged and otherwise affected persons and organizations, societies and associations whose activities are aimed at providing assistance to those at risk and in need.
On Friday, June 17th at 8 pm, the Volčji Potok Arboretum will be colored in a big red heart.
