Cheese pies with shrimp and tomatoes

Ingridients: tablespoon of olive oil, onion, 6 cloves of garlic, tails of fresh shrimp, puff pastry, 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine, 10 dag of fresh low-fat cottage cheese, 4 eggs, half a cup of heavy cream, 50 dag of grated cheese (gouda), chives, salt

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 175°C. Fry the onion and garlic in a large pan with a tablespoon of oil until they soften and add the shrimp. Fry for 2 to 4 minutes. Set aside and let cool. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and add the garlic and onion. Leave some cheese for sprinkling at the end. Take a muffin pan, line it with baking paper and puff pastry and put the mixture in it. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with a cherry tomato and a sprig of spices according to your own taste. If you don't have a muffin pan, you can make the pie in one pan.
