Chocolate protein pancakes
Ingredients
- 180 ml of plant-based alternatives to milk (soy, coconut, almond,...)
- 40 g of buckwheat flour
- 15 g of coconut oil
- 10 g of chocolate protein powder
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 10 g oat flour
- 5 g of chia seeds
- teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Eggless Chocolate Protein Pancakes are easy to make. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients - buckwheat and oat flour, baking powder, protein powder, cocoa powder and ground chia seeds.
- Mix the melted coconut oil into the plant-based milk alternative and add a little apple cider vinegar. Gradually stir this mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until all lumps are gone.
- Heat a pan with a little fat and pour about 60 ml of the mass for each pancake. Cook the pancakes for about two to three minutes on each side.
- Serve them with fruit and a topping of your choice.
