Last time we tested the new Volkswagen Golf Highline 2.0 TDI, which, among other things, had parking assistance (Park Assist) on the list of additional equipment. The feature impressed us again and again when it was necessary to park sideways. Namely, it allows the Golf to find a suitable place and park by itself with the help of sensors; our only task is to add and remove gas and monitor the wider environment, the car takes care of everything else. Otherwise, the new Golf offers comfortable and dynamic driving both on city streets and on open highways. To make the pleasures even greater, the three-level setting of the chassis hardness and the lively turbodiesel engine help. We were also impressed with the touch-screen radio, but we missed the diffuse air vent in the center of the armature that the previous generation Golf had. More about the car at www.city-on.net.
