At the CITY CHEF cooking academy in February, we learned about the culinary delights and flavors of Tuscany. With the help of Borut Centa, the chef of the restaurant and cafe Element - Kaval Group, and the wine connoisseur Primož Brezovac from Vinoteka Ljubljana, we looked for inspiration in sheep's cheese (pecorino), Chianti wine, crostini... We also prepared Florentine style steak, fruit and hazelnut pastries and spices (panforte) and pastries with almonds (cantucci). After a hearty meal, the Tea Time shop took care of detoxification with its pu-erh tea.
