So at this year's cooking academy, together with selected wines and refreshing Jamnica, we explored the cuisine of the deep sea, enriched with fragrant Mediterranean spices. We prepared sea bass carpaccio with lime, gnocchi with shrimps and asparagus, and mussels and shrimp on a buzaro, and finally baked sea bass in salt.
