Enjoying cuisine, in addition to good food, means above all socializing. With this in mind, the City Magazine team, in cooperation with selected partners, prepared the City Chef - City cooking academy project. In the Elementare salon, we gathered new culinary experiences with top-quality Gorenje kitchen appliances under the guidance of experienced masters from the Kaval Group on the last Thursday in February. The theme of the first City cooking academy was the kitchen in 30 minutes. Under the watchful eye of chefs from the Kaval Group, we mixed delicious cocktails, learned how to quickly prepare Knorr soup with broccoli and spinach in a unique way, grilled sea bass and fries, and at the end there was a delicious fruit dessert. Good food should not be missing an excellent drop of wine, which was provided by the Ščurek winery at this time's cooking academy. At the next City cooking academy on March 25, we will prepare "sexy salads".
