The autumn months are the months that we like to use for running activities, either for intensive training or simply for social gatherings. Pleasant Salomon CITYTRAIL™ running gatherings are taking place in Ljubljana every Wednesday this autumn, with the aim of discovering new hidden running routes, where we explore the narrow streets of the old city cores, secret underpasses, try out as many different running surfaces as possible and take advantage of the various terrains available in the city available.
With a collection point at Tivoli Castle then we go on a running exploration up and down slopes, over bridges, footbridges and stairs, all this in a city where no two steps are the same. All this diversity ensures excellent running progress and good physical fitness, and the running coaches provide a pleasant atmosphere and useful running information and advice. Salomon CITYTRAIL™ free running sessions take place in several groups, where the pace is adapted to each individual and allows all runners to enjoy getting to know the magical city labyrinth. While running kilometers, we get to know the correct technique of running on different terrains and overcoming obstacles, and we use the urban environment for running strengthening exercises. At the weekly CITYTRAIL™ running meetings, it is also possible to test Salomon running equipment and test the latest CITYTRAIL™ models.
