Data shows that almost every person faces problem skin at one point in their life. Acne and other irregularities on the skin can be caused by many reasons: from eating habits to incorrect use of cosmetic products. No one has yet found a universal solution to fixing problem skin, but there are some natural ways to make your skin glow.
Here is seven natural ways, which help you achieve glowing and healthy skin, without having to resort to chemical or surgical procedures.
7. Dark circles around the eyes: turmeric + pineapple juice
Turmeric can help you with reducing dark circles around the eyes - acts as an antioxidant and has an anti-inflammatory effect. It will also make the skin under your eyes smooth and soft.
This is how you can make a mask, with which you will get rid of dark circles around the eyes. Process you repeat every day, until you achieve the desired results:
mix two teaspoons of turmeric powder and two teaspoons of pineapple juice to form a paste. Apply the mask under the eyes and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Remove the residue with a soft cloth.
6. Burns and inflammation: avocado
Avocado contains vitamins that help soothe burnt skin – stimulate production collagen and reduce skin inflammation. A mask you can do this:
mash half of the avocado in a bowl. Add two tablespoons of hot water to it and mix the ingredients. Apply the mass to the affected areas and leave it on for 10 minutes. Wash your face with lukewarm water.
If you have dry or sensitive skin, add a spoonful of honey to the mixture.
5. Hyperpigmentation: potato + lemon juice
Potatoes contains various vitamins and minerals that are effective in treatment of hyperpigmented skin, dark spots and scars. Lemon contains citric acid, which is considered a natural whitening agent. You can make this luminous mask as follows:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them into small pieces and grind them with a blender to form a mush. Strain the mashed potatoes through a strainer to get potato juice. Squeeze the lemon to get the lemon juice. Put four teaspoons of potato juice and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Apply the mask in a thick layer to the skin. After applying the first layer, let it dry, then repeat the process three times. Leave the mask on overnight. Wash off the remains of the mask with warm water. Repeat the process every day.
If you have dry and sensitive skin, add to the mixture a teaspoon honey and a spoon rose water. In the case of oily skin, add two teaspoons rice flour. You can keep the mass for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
4. Acne: apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid and trace elements such as potassium and magnesium. It is a means of detoxification with antibacterial properties, which can help you with preventing acne problems. This mask you can do this:
mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 2 to 3 tablespoons of filtered or distilled water. Clean the skin with water, then apply the mixture to the skin with a cotton pad. After the mask has dried on the skin, you can apply the product you are otherwise using on your face. Apply the mass twice a day.
3. Acne Scars: Green Tea
Green tea acts as an antioxidant, but also has anti-inflammatory properties, so it is effective in solving problems with acne scars. This one compress will help you solve your scar problems:
Pour 500 ml of boiled water into a glass. Soak two tea bags or two tablespoons of fresh tea (in leaves) in it. When the liquid is ready, separate the tea bag or tea (in leaves) from the liquid. Soak a soft, clean cloth in the preparation and let it stand for a while. After it has soaked, place it on your face and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. You can also apply the mask to your face several times a day.

Sea salt contains minerals and nutrients, so it can help with limiting excessive oil production on your skin, at removing dead skin cells and contributes to faster skin regeneration.
So you can make your own homemade scrub with sea salt:
mix two tablespoons of sea salt with four tablespoons of honey. Apply the mass evenly on clean skin and leave it on the face for 15 minutes, then wash it off. Peeling can be done several times a week.
