Today we can witness different modern versions of the Disney princesses we grew up with and admired. But this latest interpretation by Chilean digital artist Fernanda Suarez is the most important of all. Why?
Fernanda Suarez it is 7 Classic Disney Princesses illustrated as "hipsters", modern girls in the latest fashion trends, placed in the year 2017. She started with illustrations this July, and her first 'victim' was Snow White. Princesses look like girls who follow different YouTube channels for hairstyles, dressing up in Zara and agree that the best make-up palette is NAKED2. Fernanda is currently creating new modern princesses – whether it will be Goldilocks or Merida has not yet been decided. Whatever she chooses, we can't wait.
