Why extremely beautiful and smart girls are often single

Intelligent, successful, beautiful, stylish, friendly, witty, loving and knowledgeable, yet single. How is it possible that girls and women, who should be the most desirable according to common sense, are single? Is it their own fault or is the whole world conspiring against them? "Oh, mon cheri, we don't fall in love with successful women," said Coco Chanel. And what if she was right? Here are the reasons why smart girls find it harder to find their prince on a white horse.

Single intelligent girls all over the world are racking their brains with the question of how it is that I, who am smart, successful and considered beautiful, witty and kind among people, still haven't found my prince on a white horse. And how the hell is it possible that everyone successful men still fall only for large cleavages, bleached hair, and those girls whose artificial implants, nails, and eyelashes weigh more than their wits? Whose fault is it: the man or the woman?

The answer is: On both!

Let's go in order. What are men doing wrong, what is society doing wrong, and what are intelligent and successful women doing wrong to stay single?

1. Intelligent and successful women often despise those women who put their family and husband before their career and personal success.

Women have been fighting for equality in society for many centuries. The fact that today women can also occupy managerial positions did not fall from the sky and it seems that most successful individuals see those women who do not care much about their careers and they prefer to cook lunch, wash their man's dirty socks and put away the children's toys, as trapas who are still ready to submit to men in the 21st century and who do not appreciate the effort made by feminists for equality in society. Wrong. Most women (although they have deeply suppressed it in the pursuit of success and career) carry it in themselves feminine energy, which comes bundled together with the desire to simply live life sometimes. No stress and no constant competition. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

2. Intelligent and successful women often absorb too much male energy and cling to their strength and independence.

Whether we realize it or not, the society we live in is permeated with masculine energy. Women work hard for their career successes and once they reach their goal, it seems that successful individuals are all too aware of the fact that they don't need men at all, because they can and know how to take care of themselves. Gen Y Cinderella doesn't really need a prince, as she can slip on her Christian Louboutin 6-inch heels all by herself. You can also buy them yourself with your gold Mastercard. Besides, we all know that 'big girls don't cry'. And all this is okay, but only if these same women know how to open up, within themselves find a vulnerability and show it too. There is nothing wrong with the fact that deep down we really want men to take care of us, even though we really know how to do it ourselves. And there is nothing wrong with the fact that sometimes things hurt us so much that we just have to cry.

3. Men see intelligent and successful individuals as problematic, difficult to maintain and exhausting.

This was proven by a British study with 121 participants. The result was unequivocal: intelligent women are problematic and intelligent men are desirable. Why? Whether we admit it or not, men's desire for dominance is much more innate than women's. And it's much easier to subjugate (to put it simply) a woman who doesn't have much brains, but laughs a lot, adores her man, doesn't ask too many questions, likes a lot of sex, and is generally one love and warmth. Women who run in the morning, run a successful business during the day, go to yoga in the afternoon, and in the evening subscribe to the Philharmonic or read Russian classics in bed, are not material for a wife who will wait for her man with dinner at home when he returns from work. and licked his battle wounds. The reason why successful men prefer "stupid" women, so it's simple: there's not much to do with them.

4. Some men are intimidated by the intelligence and success of women...

A man's ego feels threatened by successful women. Women with high IQs make men feel like they have to prove themselves somehow, which leads to competition, who will bring more greens to the table.

5. … and other men are just too nice.

The other extreme is men who are nice. They support their successful partners, stand by them and encourage them, and they are not at all afraid of their success. The problem here is that it often happens that the woman takes on too much of the male energy in the relationship, and the man takes on too much of the female, and this rarely lasts in the long run. Even if a woman is professionally more successful than her partner, he wants someone by his side who will still make it feel like he's the one wearing the pants at home and in bed.

6. Society still believes that a woman cannot be smart and sexy at the same time, successful and witty at the same time, career-oriented and at the same time loving towards her partner.

Some things just aren't compatible. You can't wear high heels with tracksuits. You can't have a career and a family at the same time. You can't be both smart and beautiful. Stereotypes that are widespread in society, are often the reason that intelligent and successful girls are seen as too serious chicks, with whom you cannot have fun and who only constantly emphasize their achievements. Today, smart and successful individuals of generation Y often have no choice but to say yes or lower standards and settle for a man who doesn't fit their criteria in any way, or remain single.

If you're an intelligent girl who still hasn't found her prince, nothing to worry about though. Right everything in life happens with a purpose and you never know: maybe the right one is just around the next corner.
