Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 125 g of butter
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • teaspoon of coconut extract
  • baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • a cup of sour cream
  • 2 cups of coconut flour
  • a cup of white chocolate chips
  • Filling:
  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 25 g of butter
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • cup of coconut flour
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl, then gradually add the eggs, one at a time.
  2. Add sour cream, vanilla and coconut extract and continue beating.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt, then slowly add this mixture to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix well to get a smooth dough.
  4. Grease the cake pan and pour the batter into it. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about an hour and twenty minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. When the cake is baked, carefully remove it from the pan and let it cool well on a wire rack.
  6. Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  7. Gradually add powdered sugar, then sour cream. Mix until you get a smooth cream.
  8. Cut the cooled cake in half and fill with the prepared cream filling. Sprinkle with plenty of coconut flour.
