The Kia Proceed concept: the new convertible Kia

Kia Proceed concept

Kia is also among those car manufacturers that made a noticeable impression at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Their concept of the future Kia Proceed is absolutely stunning, but at the same time it clearly indicates that the three-door baby is saying goodbye, as it will be replaced by the Proceed with a completely different body design.

Kia Proceed concept which glows in its lava red color. But even more than the color itself, it is impressive the shape of the car. The elongated and low silhouette ends in the so-called “shooting brake” behind. They chose this form for a simple reason. People are increasingly avoiding three-door coupes and want something fresh, something different. This is also why the new generation Kia Proceed completely changed, inward and outward. The final model probably won't be as stunning as the concept, but we can safely believe that the new Proceed will be one of the best-looking cars to ever wear the Kia badge.

The concept is apparently very sporty, that's why 20-inch rims with central nut. As already mentioned, it also has a rear pair of doors, which further increases its practicality. On the concept model, in addition to the mentioned things, a huge one stands out glass roof and the absence of a B-pillar, which increases practicality when getting in and out of the car. The interior offers four individual seats, upholstered in several angles 100 meters of black elastic fabric, which is all hand cut and laid down. You won't find many switches in it, because everything happens around the driver digitized screen. There are many accessories made of aluminum, and even more than that is the interesting smell of the interior. Namely, it smells like old leather, motor oil and racing gasoline. All this for a greater touch of sportiness of the concept.
