Concert: Placebo in November in Zagreb

Members of a British music group Placebo as part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the release of the debut album November 10, 2016 they are coming to Zagreb, to the Dražen Petrović Basketball Center hall.

The British band Placebo was founded in 1994 when they met after a long time at an underground station in London. Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal, an acquaintance from a Luxembourgish school. After joint exercises and a few performances, including the Englishman To Steve Hewitt formed a group that was soon named Placebo. Two years later they released their first album. This reached a gold circulation. Until 2009, Placebo recorded six more music albums – Without You I'm Nothing, Black Market Music, Sleeping With Ghosts, Once More With Feeling, Meds and Battle for the Sun. After three years of silence, they recorded and released the current album Loud Like Love. Permanent members of the band are Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal, and they join them on tours Bill Lloyd, Fiona Brice, Nick Gavrilovic and Matt Lunn.

"Let's say that we will have many songs on the concert program that we swore we would never perform again. It's about time we acknowledged what most of our listeners want to hear from us. They were very patient with us because we so rarely perform the most commercial repertoire. The 20th anniversary tour will be dedicated to our fans. You will be able to hear songs like "Pure Morning" and "Nancy Boy" in concerts. These include songs that we haven't performed in 10 years and may never perform again. In any case, we have many others ready for you interesting surprises," the band members said about the announced concert in Zagreb.
