Concert: Gramatik returns to Križanke in September

The visionary of the music industry, who, in addition to his refined musical expression and epic performances, became famous all over the world with his unusual approach of offering music for free and innovative use of modern technologies such as blockchain, will perform in Ljubljana as part of the celebration the tenth anniversary of Kino Šiška.

New York based electronic producer Denis Jašarević or Gramatik, originally from the Coast, creates infectious blues, funk, soul and jazz-influenced instrumental beats, wowing sold-out venues around the world – including megalomaniacal festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza. He is a Gramatik with strong beliefs about music as a free medium one of the few such stars who offer their extensive discography online for free, and in 2013, in the desire to further realize this mission, he also founded the Lowtemp publishing house. With it, he also generously supports promising local musicians, such as Emilio AC, Luxas and Whynnell.

In 2017, with the help of blockchain technology, he is one of the first musicians in the world issued its own cryptocurrency and in less than 24 hours raised the highest amount possible, just under 2.5 million dollars, and of course he still continues to create.
