Green Day are coming to Slovenia on June 6, 2017, as part of the Revolution Radio tour! The news was announced on Eventim's Facebook page, and fans are already eagerly waiting for tickets to go on sale for the June concert.
California punk rockers Green Day they've been on the scene for almost 30 years, and they've sold out throughout their career more than 70 million CDs. The audience has not yet given up on the trio, and despite the difficulties of the singer and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, they surprised again last October with a new album Revolution Radio, with which they are coming to Ljubljana in June. They will not be visiting for the first time - they have already performed here twice, in years 1996 and 1998.

The three-piece American pop punk band Green Day started their career in the second half of the eighties, and they achieved a breakthrough with the album Dookie (1994). Soon after, they recorded the album Insomniac (1995), and two years later the album Nimrod, which is considered by many to be their best album. Many music awards, among them, testify to their success three Grammys (best alternative album - Dookie; best rock album - American Idiot, best song of the year - Boulevard Of Broken Dreams).
They released their own last October Revolution Radio's 12th studio album, and was announced by the single Bang Bang.
