Irish musician Andrew Hozier-Byrne, who is known to the music public as a sensation of indie rock, soul and blues music, for which he writes the lyrics himself, will also stop near us with his concert tour. On February 25, 2016, he will perform in Vienna's Gasometer. Tickets are already on sale.
He's like the son of a blues drummer Hozier followed in his father's footsteps and in Dublin educated in the field of music. He finished his studies after one year because he was offered the opportunity to record demos at Universal Music.

Thus, in 2013, he released his first small album or EP with the title "Take me to Church" (2013). The title track of this record became an online hit virally popular because of the socially relevant music video which problematizes the position of homosexuals, and Hozier the label of a musical artist with great promise. It was followed by an EP the following year "From Eden" (2014).
His debut album was released in October 2014.
