The renowned American rock band TOTO, famous for its outstanding musical achievements and epoch-making global hit Africa, has announced the release of a new studio album TOTO XIV, the first in ten years, for the spring and a major world tour, as part of which it will also perform in Slovenia for the first time, on Thursday , on July 2, 2015 in the Tivoli Hall in Ljubljana.
After thirty-eight years of operation, it is TOTO with many accolades, including six prestigious Grammy Awards and an honorary place in the Musicians Hall of Fame, with very successful record sales (they sold more than 35 million records and millions of visitors to sold-out concert venues worldwide) among the biggest and most influential names in contemporary popular music. TOTO, one of the biggest and most popular American rock groups of all time, will be presented to the Slovenian audience in a top line-up: Steve Lukather, David Paich, Steve Porcaro, Joseph Williams, David Hungate, Lenny Castro, Keith Carlock, Jenny Douglas Foote and Mabvuto Carpenter. Finally, we will be able to hear live unforgettable, timeless hits such as: Africa, Rosanna, Hold The Line, I Will Remember, Stop Loving You, I'll Be Over You, Stranger In Town, Pamela, Out Of Love and other popular songs from a super-successful, long-lasting career that has delighted crowds of fans around the world.
