For its 25th anniversary, the Society of Dead Poets is preparing the release of a new single and a double album of hits, as well as a big concert with a string orchestra. On October 17th, in Novi Mesto, we will be able to witness an evening of hits such as Ti si vse, Me že ma da bi te, 25, Rabm and others.
Group Dead Poets Society, which is already a quarter of a century on the music scene, she has released so far six studio albums and played hundreds of concerts. In their jubilee year, the guys from the Society of Dead Poets are still active - it's coming out in September a double album of their greatest hits, which was simply named “25”. When creating an artistic image, they joined forces with a photographer Borut Peterlin and designers Andrej Blažon.
The band members Alan Vitezič, Peter Dekleva, Boštjan Artiček, Tomaž Koncilija and Marko Zajc say that "25" is more than an album - it is a musical rarity and a visual excess that takes your breath away.
On their jubilee, they are thus returning home, v New town, where they will celebrate the silver jubilee together with their musical friends - former members of the band, a girl group Copacabana and choirs Elementary school Grm from Novi mesto. The concert also presents start of the Slovenian tour.
