Pumpkins, mushrooms, chestnuts … we have seen autumn, which offers us full of culinary delights from the forest and home garden. October table The City CHEF cooking academy will be colored with autumn produce as befits this time of year. We will prepare an appetizer cream soup of nutmeg, followed by the main course in the form of gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and gamberi and truffle ravioli with fresh porcini mushrooms, and finally a sweet surprise from chestnuts. The official name of the academy is Jamnica. We will sweeten ourselves with the wines of winemakers - Vinakras and Kmetija Slavček.
