Mocha mousse
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of sweet cream
- 2 spoons of instant coffee or espresso
- 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Cocoa powder for dusting

- Priprava čokolade:Čokolado nalomite na koščke in jo nad soparo počasi stopite. Dodajte instant kavo ali espresso in mešajte, dokler ne dobite gladke kreme. Pustite, da se nekoliko ohladi.
- Priprava jajc:Ločite rumenjake in beljake. Rumenjake vmešajte v stopljeno čokolado in kavo. Zmes naj bo gladka.
- Stepanje smetane: Sladko smetano stepite skupaj s sladkorjem v prahu, dokler ne dobite čvrstih vrhov.
- Stepanje beljakov: Beljake stepite s ščepcem soli, da dobite čvrst sneg.
