Recipe: Creamy vegan ice cream, for the preparation of which two ingredients are enough

For everyone who can't resist a scoop of delicious creamy ice cream and likes to eat healthy, vegan ice cream made from just two ingredients is a real godsend.

Let's forget about the heavy cream and piles of sugar that are hidden in ordinary ice cream and prepare a divine creamy delicacy that we can enjoy without a hint of bad conscience.

Ingridients:

  • 2 frozen bananas (cut into rings)
  • 1 glass of chilled milk (coconut, almond, rice, oat)

Process:

Cut bananas into rings and freeze. Shake the frozen pieces in an electric mixer, add milk of your choice and mix well. Make sure to stop at the point when the mass is still thick and creamy. Serve and enjoy!

Delicious toppings and natural sweeteners can also be added to the ice cream. We prefer crunchy nuts, crushed dark chocolate, vegetable butter, coconut flour, cinnamon, vanilla, frozen and fresh fruit and honey.
