What could be better than going on a culinary indulgence along the Ljubljanica River to end the summer season? Culinary master Igor Jagodic, the chef of the Strelec restaurant and the captain of the Ljubljana boat Tomo Zupančič will take us on August 26 to a romantic and culinary rich evening on the river of seven names - the river Ljubljanica.
Dinner on the boat will include 5-course menu by chef Igor Jagodic, and it will be accompanied by top wines from both domestic and foreign winemakers.
First there will be Špica's welcome, then the captain's greeting to the boatmen on the ship Ljubljana. We will be able to look and taste what the fishermen of Trnov have caught and make cold soup with our voyage to heaven. They say that what is best for the captain is also best for the boatmen, and the sweet flavors of Ljubljana on the Ljubljanica will follow. At the end of the voyage, Lolita's coffee will await us.
