The Italian company De Castelli is known for the production of furniture that boasts a modern design, bold lines and raw natural materials. Their furniture pieces are actually pieces of art that have a useful function.
To present ours to the world philosophy design, they are with the furniture maker De Castelli wanted something special. They ordered their own motorized bike, and left the work in the hands of the Italian industrial the designer Maria Trimarchia. He imagined a motorcycle whose frame is made of raw copper.
Maria did cancelled typical aerodynamic lines and them compensated with sharp edges, which resemble origami. With these folds he created feeling movements, even when it's a motorcycle on place. Copper parts will with time oxidized, and the motorcycle will get it patina, making it even more at home while driving through the Renaissance Italian streets, which are full of rich art and design history.
