A Japanese photographer has shared stunning shots from Nara Park in Japan that are now making the rounds on the internet. People are simply amazed. The video shows a peaceful scene with Sika deer enjoying cherry blossoms.
If you are looking for something useful and positive in all this uncertainty, maybe this spectacle of nature is just what you were looking for! While we unfortunately cannot physically travel here (yet), we can travel with the help of beautiful photos and videos shared by others.
Kazuki Ikeda organized a photo shoot for that day in which he wanted to capture the couple before the wedding. And although the couple was the original "object of desire" for the photographer, in the eyes of the Internet it became a family of deer. The photographer shared photos and videos on his social media, encouraging people to visit Nara as soon as possible. "The pandemic is draining the hearts of people around the world," the photographer told Bored Panda. "I hope these videos make them feel a little better."
Nara Park is known precisely for its population Sika deer. Tourists are said to usually buy crackers and feed the deer in the park, which is generally quite a popular activity for anyone visiting this park. At the beginning of March, when the number of tourists and locals dropped due to the new coronavirus, they noticed that deer left the park and walked the streets, where they were looking for food. Now that more and more people are heading outdoors again, the deer are returning to the park, where they really enjoy it.
