This fall will once again be characterized by design at every step. Design Biennials are already taking place in various locations, and from October 6 to November 6, the annual Design Month will once again take place in Ljubljana.
Design month is an original platform that critically evaluates and promotes important achievements in the field of design - both in Slovenia and in Southeastern Europe. It's Design Month this year eleventh in a row, and in the last ten years events, exhibitions, conferences, fashion shows and workshops have attracted the attention of the public and shown great design potential hidden in our small country. Thus, Design Month has become one of the most recognizable and internationally established platforms that encourage creativity in all possible fields.

And what is this year's program?
In the abandoned premises of the former youth book printing house an all-industry exhibition-fair event will take place Design Expo and the exhibition Brands and signs, where the projects will be presented for the first time this year as part of the national pavilions. It will take place on October 9 Big Architecture conference, which will discuss the trends in the development of architecture in the future. Stage 180 will once again host top designers, architects and innovative entrepreneurs as part of a series of short lectures, exhibition Small wooden architecture will show fifty examples of wooden architecture in the form of small hotels. As part of the Ambient fair, it will take place from October 6 to 12 at the Gospodarski razvatsvišče Design Week Ljubljana, and they will of course round off the entire Design Month event awards, which will be awarded to creators from the entire SE region for the first time this year.
