The second Slovenian laughing contest combines various events, and the central one is – a laughing contest, in which the participants will compete against each other in different branches of laughter. The event, which takes place in different countries, was created on the initiative of journalist, director and laughing Albert Nerenberg, who came up with the idea of whether the laughing contest could become a sport. The event primarily supports laughter as a tool against the ailments of modern times, encourages optimism, and this year's program is designed in the direction of the cooperation of the older and younger generations.
