A motorized and weighted holder that stabilizes the phone while recording is a very useful accessory. The DJI OSMO Pocket Camera has a whole bunch of them, even one that already has a purely miniature camera installed on it.
DJI OSMO Pocket it is with measures 3.8 x 2.9 x 3.7 cm truly miniature. It has the same amount image sensor, as we are used to in smartphones, but that doesn't matter capable of taking solid photos, but above all videos.
The camera has 12 million dots, namely, the video is recorded in resolution 4K at 60 frames per second, and the 'optics' see a field of view 80 degrees wide.
The stabilizer is driven by three motors that stabilize the camera in three axes. But they can also turn it into honey -230 and 50 degrees (pan – rotation around a vertical axis), tilt between -95 and 50 degrees (tilt or inclination up or down from the horizontal) and turn for 45 degrees in both directions (roll - rotation around a horizontal axis).
That means you can we move our hand freely, and the camera will be steady and always directed at the selected point, considering a movement accuracy of +/- 0.005 degrees and a maximum speed of 120 degrees per second.
On the body of the device there are a few buttons for operation control even a smaller screen, on which we see what the camera sees. Inside, however, 875 mAh is large battery, which is sufficient for up to 140 minutes of use. There is no memory, but there is a slot for memory cards.
