To teach and accustom children to certain household chores takes time and requires a lot of patience on the part of the parents. A child who knows how to play a game on the computer is also able to do many household chores that are appropriate for his age. Their ability is much greater than parents think, so it is recommended that at any age it is properly included in household chores.

It's important, to explain to him step by step as a parent and you show how to tackle individual tasks, at the beginning of course it is best through a joint game. Later, he will be able to do this on his own, you will only watch him from afar and, of course, praise and reward him - but not with sweets and toys, but with some activity that your child likes.

When exactly is the right time to involve children in household chores?

It is recommended to get them used to cleaning and tidying up from a young age, as there is no need to spare them for such simple things. If you're still wondering what your child can do, here's a short list that roughly shows what tasks are appropriate for their age.
