The Association of Young Designers and Artists DOUM and the Salon of Applied Arts organize the December Christmas Art Market. On December 12, 2015, the premises of the former Casino at Glavne trg 1 in Maribor will be transformed into a fairy-tale Christmas fair, where we will be greeted by a pleasant bustle and a varied selection of handmade design products.
Association of young designers and artists DOUM and Maribor Salon of applied arts joined forces and announced Christmas art market, which we will be able to visit December 12, 2015. From 3 p.m., in the building of the former Casino at Glavne trg 1 in Maribor, we will be able to browse art stalls full of magical, handmade products by Slovenian designers.
A festive social-shopping event, seasoned with the presence of the authors of design-perfect products, is definitely a must in the pre-holiday period a great alternative to the usual trips to shopping centers. By purchasing gifts from young creators, we will not only receive or give an object, we will also support the designer's idea, feel a part of the soul with which the object was created, and most importantly - with our purchase, we will enable the designers to dream further and follow their creative impulse. This year, let's buy locally and creatively and make our loved ones happy with original gifts!
