Ljubljana Castle will be under the sign of dragons this weekend. Zmaj Grajski is returning from a long vacation with his family.
Castle Dragon and his family prefer to spend the winter in the secret caves of the Ljubljana Castle and Castle Hill. This weekend they are coming back from vacation and preparing a real celebration - the Dragon Festival, which lasts as long as two days.
The dragon events will be varied and fun - we will read dragon tales, go on a dragon treasure hunt, creative workshops Dragon from the Ljubljana Castle, fire spewing, wind kite making workshops and kite flying... The company at the castle will also be interesting. This year, Friderik Balonski, cousin of the Castle Dragon, took on the honorable role of host, who also invited the agile Ching Chai from China and the White Windbreaker, who charms everyone with his dance.
With all this, there is no real dragon party without the rhythms of the Dragon Band, and we will also be able to learn the steps of the Dragon Dance.
In case of bad weather, the festival is postponed to the following week.
