Fourteen short scenes of the drama Krči reveal the relationship between the superior and the employee in the company, and bring to the fore the problem of the ever-increasing interference of employers and companies in the private lives of employees.
Award-winning contemporary British playwright Mike Bartlett through the drama Cramps paints an unforgiving picture of the corporate world. Emma, otherwise successful in her work, finds herself in a meeting with her superior, where she is faced with a task. From the employment contract, he must read aloud the articles related to the fact that he must not have any private contacts with colleagues. The supervisor apparently found out that Emma had been drinking with a co-worker the previous day and thus breached her employment contract. All of this unfolds through the fast-paced dialogue of fourteen short scenes. They play Pia Zemlječ and Minca Lorenci.
